What's your white rabbit?

My friend Chandan called me yesterday and told me the challenges he faces after he was fired from his job. He was doing well in customer support but laid off in the company's restructuring exercise. Now, he is not getting any calls and hence was quite depressed. I explained to him about so many career choices available these days. Those like video editors, YouTubers, internet marketers, and so, asked him to pick some new skills on the technical and mindset front. He didn't seem excited and went on ranting about all the problems in life, blaming his parents and everyone around him. I just kept quiet, listened to him, and finally said, "do let me know if I can be of help".  This incident reminded me of the man's lovely story in a remote town. I love it because it's the story of your life. And mine. And everyone else's. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗛𝗬, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗔𝗬!

 John Maxwell says "𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗛𝗬, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗔𝗬". There are very few leaders, products, or companies that create movements. Very few leaders that inspire loyalty, not just a single transaction. Very few leaders motivate their followers and employees to stick with them through thick or thin. Think of leaders like Martin Luther King Jr. Or companies like Apple, Southwest Airlines, or Harley Davidson. These leaders and companies started movements. They have incredibly loyal followers and customers. What is it that separates them from the rest? It’s that these leaders, products, and companies start with WHY.
